Teen Mom may be a bad influence, but it can also teach teen viewers a lesson about how difficult teen pregnancy can be. The Biggest Loser helps overweight people of all ages strive to reach their goal of overcoming obesity. There are also shows like The X Factor, America's Got Talent, Master Chef, American Ninja Warrior, and many more that inspire viewers across the globe to achieve their dreams and that dreams can come true.
